Capital PenNScalers NTRAK

Capital PenNScalers NTRAK is an N-Scale Modular Model Railroad Group operating in the greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

Modular Model Railroading allows each member to construct their own module (or section), which may then be connected to modules of other members to form a layout at a meeting or show where the group is displaying. Except for standards of track rail code and spacing, each member is free to interpret and model their module as they like, and to run any equipment they choose on the assembled modular layout at shows and events.

We are utilizing the NTRAK standard of module construction, the most widely used modular Model Railroading standard in the world. All three of our main tracks are switchable between DC and DCC depending on the equipment being run and we utilize a Digitrax Super Chief system.

We are looking for Model Railroaders of all ages to join our group and get in on the fun! All that is required from you is a desire to participate and have fun. NTRAK is a perfect way to participate in the hobby if you do not have the space, time or money for a home layout. New to the hobby, returning after years away or seasoned modeler; everyone is welcome.
